Reach For Your Goals

It may be April Fools' Day, but the April Challenge is no joke ๐Ÿ˜œ Today marks DAY ONE of the challenge, and if checking every class off your list to earn that super cute mat bag feels a little bit dauntingโ€”we feel ya! Setting any type of goal can be overwhelming. Here are some tips to help you push past your limits and reach your goals:

  1. Take it one day or one week at a time. Make it a goal to get to six classes in the next week. And hey, if that feels like too much, make it a priority to just get to class tomorrow.

  2. Plan your workouts! We know youโ€™ve heard it before, but scheduling out those classes is a total gamechanger.

  3. Meet a friend in class. Knowing someone else is counting on you to be there makes it thaaaaat much easier to get to class.

  4. Wake up and get dressed in your workout clothes. This will help you commit to getting that workout in from the very start!
