Cardio Sculpt
Beginner/Intermediate
Our signature Jazzercise class format will leave you energized for hours. Set to your favorite top hits, this full-body workout combines 40 minutes of high intensity, dance-based cardio with 20 minutes of strength training and stretching. With easy-to-follow moves and a certified instructor to motivate you, you’ll dance, jump, kick, plank, push-up and crunch your way to a happier, healthier you. What’s needed? Gym shoes, water and towel.
Body Tone
Beginner/Intermediate
This all-standing class works on strength, mobility, balance and muscle tone. Some equipment is used in this class like light weights, bender ball and the barre. A great class to add to your workout regimen! What’s needed? Gym shoes or grip socks, water and towel.
POP Pilates
Intermediate/Advanced
POP Pilates is where strength meets flexibility. Think highly focused movements that leave your body toned and transformed. This isn't your average workout, it's a dance on the mat! What’s needed? Grip socks or bare feet, water, towel and mat if you prefer your own.
Barre
Intermediate/Advanced
A totally unique approach to barre workouts. Fusing the best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Barre delivers a results-driven workout. Not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body, get your heart pumpin’ and get you into amazing shape. What’s needed? Grip socks or gym shoes, water, towel and mat if you like you’re own.
All-levels Yoga
Beginner/All Levels class
A class for every age that will lead intuitive, mindful movement for developing strong, long and lean muscles. Restoring mobility, flexibility & range of motion along with relieving tension and improving posture. Motion is lotion! What’s needed? Mat if you prefer your own.
Sculpt 45 or 60
Beginner/Intermediate
Every muscle group will be working in this 45 or 60-minute full body strength training class. Squat, curl, plank and push your way through this class with routines designed to work every muscle in your body. With fun, motivating music and instructor to keep you motivated, you’ll leave smiling and stronger! What’s needed? Gym shoes, water, towel and mat if prefer your own.
Sculpt (Ball)
Beginner/Intermediate
Build lean muscle in this strength training class. You’ll squat, push-up and plank your way to total-body wellness with routines that sculpt and tone every muscle in your body. With use of dumbbells and the stability ball, you’ll get more core work and stabilization. Gym shoes & water.
Sweat & Sculpt
Intermediate/Advanced
This Tabata style class will leave you sweaty and sculpted by fatiguing specific muscle groups. Moves are done in blocks of 30 seconds with rests in between for recovery. Moves include squats, overhead press, push ups, planks, Russian twists, glute press, mountain climbers, etc.. This is a sweaty favorite! You’ll leave feeling on top of the world! What’s needed? Gym shoes, water, towel and mat if you prefer your own.
Yoga Trapeze
Beginner to Advanced
The Yoga Trapeze is a suspension yoga system great for back pain, core strength, functional upper body strength, and balance. Many people are looking to relieve back pain, relieve stress, improve their grip and core strength. If that sounds like you, let’s schedule your session! What’s needed? yoga socks (optional), water and towel.
Sculpt HIIT
Intermediate
Strength training meets cardio for this muscle-intensive class. 40 minutes of concentrated strength work, and quick bursts of cardio throughout, will have you working at your maximum. With 20 minutes of strength training and stretching to follow, you’ll finish feeling stronger than ever. A favorite in the studio! What’s needed? Gym shoes, water and towel.
