Yoga Trapeze Stretch & Reset; a heavy focus on stretching and lengthening your body. Some Inversions for back release, standing balance work and deep stretching using the straps. Beginner to Intermediate

Yoga Trapeze Hard Core; dig a little deeper in the stretching, the core work and balance and you have hard core. More advanced positions, inversions, body work and stretching. Intermediate to Advanced
